The Help Desk is available to assist faculty with Blackboard
questions. You can contact the
Help Desk by phone or email.
Phone assistance can provide more immediate assistance if calling
during regular work hours. (Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 or Summer 7:30 to 4:00). If no one is available when you call,
please leave a message and a help desk assistant will get back to
you as soon as possible.
Email assistance is best when the question or problem is not urgent, or when you want to take the time to explain something in detail. We'll do our best to respond the same day to all email received before 3:00pm.
