If you can't find the answer to your Blackboard question in this section of the EITC web site, there are several other places where you can get assistance:

• Use the help system inside Blackboard. Click on the ? Help button at the top of the window.
• Use the PDF help file
• Go to the online HelpDesk to see if the answer is there
• E-mail the HelpDesk@eitc.edu. Please be very specific about the problem. It will take time to get a reply.
