Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics- Must be bona fide occupational
qualifiers, such as requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs. if the job involves lifting objects weighting 50 lbs., or requiring only female applicants if the
job is a female locker room attendant
: At least eight (8) years of full-time, gainful employment in the field of Business
Technologies, or a combination of education and full-time employment that equals eight (8)
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN
: Effectively motivating students to learn; communicating
with persons of other cultures and languages; clearly and effectively teaching and instructing
diverse students; enhanced written and verbal communication and interpersonal relation skills;
intermediate computer skills consisting of work processing, spreadsheet, database, Internet, e-
mail, and business software commonly used in the Business Technologies field.
: A combination of education and full-time employment experience in the field of
Business Technologies that equals eight (8) years.
ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, knowledge and experience desired, but
not required, such as a college degree, knowledge of higher education policies, or years of
experience in a particular field.
: full-time employment with a variety of Business Technologies exposure;
working in a post-secondary education environment.
: Idaho post-secondary education policies and procedures.
: Master’s Degree in Business or Business Technologies.
