Direct Deposit Information:

Effective June 1, 2009, all employees of Eastern Idaho Technical College are required as conditions of employment to be on direct deposit in accordance with College policy.  Your check stub will be available on-line at: www.sco.idaho.gov

Several items are now available for the employee to change; address, direct deposit, medical and dental, flexible spending account, and voluntary deductions (if applicable).

If you change banks or accounts, simply notify the payroll office of the new bank and account number, using the Direct Deposit Authorization Form. Attach a voided check and route to the payroll office.  Proceed to www.sco.idaho.gov and log on with your assigned ID and password.  Click on employee self service, self service actions, enter your information and submit. If you do not have your log on information, contact the payroll office. ��

The state of Idaho has a successful direct deposit program which has been available now for several years.  Direct deposit eliminates the need to print and mail payroll warrants, resulting in thousands of dollars saved for the Idaho taxpayers through reduced state governmental paperwork, operational costs and postage.  It is the quickest, most reliable, and safest method of payment.
