The Practical Nursing program is operated with the approval of the State Board of Nursing. The course of study is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge and skills to function as a practical nurse. Classes consist of both theory and hands-on supervised experience. The supervised clinical experience is conducted at major health care facilities and agencies.

How long will it take?
INTERMEDIATE TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE (ITC)
- Practical Nursing program is a full time 3 semester program with pre-requisites.
- Entrance to professional program is accepted both fall and spring semesters.
- Students are required to have a CNA license prior to entering the professional program.
