EASTERN IDAHO REGION VI TECH PREP
Thank you for visiting Eastern Idaho Region VI Tech Prep. This information is for high school students who are interested in preparing for a post-secondary technical education.
Participants:
High school students interested in preparing for post-secondary professional-technical education and high skills, high-wage careers.
How it works:
High school teachers and technical college instructors have identified high school courses that are equivalent to entry-level college courses. Juniors or seniors in professional-technical courses in high schools fill out Tech Prep Applications that are sent to the technical college. Students who earn As or Bs in the appropriate sequences of high school professional-technical courses for the Tech Prep Programs receive high school credits from their local high schools and college credits through Idaho colleges that offer degrees in that program.
