Q: Is the general public eligible to take Fire Service training?

A: Classes for fire training are held in the late spring and are designed for paid and volunteer firefighters wishing to further their skills through targeted training. We encourage anyone who is interested in becoming a firefighter to investigate volunteering at a local fire department. Initial training is coordinated through your affiliated department. Information on how to volunteer for structural firefighting can be found at www.idahofireline.org along with contact information for fire departments near you. Students interested in wild land firefighting can apply at www.USAjobs.gov.

Q: How do I get a transcript of the classes I have taken through EITC?
