Women's Self Defense Class
"Women face unique safety challenges, many of whom may encounter domestic violence or the possiblity of being assaulted. This class is designed to empower participants with the foundational mindset and skills they need to keep themselves and loved ones safe. Topics include developing an ""I will prevail"" mindset, self-defense techniques, home security, preventing/avoiding dangerous situations, and dealing with the legal system. Each class will include a conditioning workout, practical instruction and exercises applicable to real-world situations."
