This class will give you a holistic perspective on sustainable food production. You will learn how to significantly extend your growing season and increase production. This class will cover techniques to jumpstart your plants indoors, build cold frames & solar greenhouses, seed saving, home fertilizer production, and much more. Learn how to produce fine ripened tomatoes eight months out of the year without using heat or power. With the rising prices of fruits and vegetables, it’s never been more important to learn the skills and techniques to provide fresh, vibrant, healthy, nutrient dense foods. Best of all, it’s gratifying!
