"This course is designed for ""experienced sales people"" and ""inexperienced sales people"" looking for training to improve their ability to find new prospects, close more sales and retain clients for longer periods of time. The course will cover the basics of human psychology and behavior, communication modes, listening and question skills, goal setting, time management and closing strategies. Students who complete the course will receive a Certified Sales Specialist (CSS) designation that will help distinguish them from their peers in the market place."
